"Shipping Rates

When it comes to shipping rates, they are determined based on the shipping speed you choose and the weight/size of your items. Don't worry, though! The shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Order Processing

We understand the excitement of receiving your order, and we strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. From there, it usually takes around 5 to 8 business days for your order to reach you. We'll keep you updated with notifications, including one when your order ships. If there are any delays or cancellations, we'll let you know.

Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19, delivery times may be longer than usual for all orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

Checking Order Status

Curious about the status of your order? Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your order's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If it's been 5 days since you received your shipping confirmation email and you still haven't received your order, reach out to us at support@packism.com. Just provide your name and order number, and we'll investigate the matter for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. You'll receive a full refund for your order, minus the return shipping costs.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@packism.com right away. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll handle each case individually and do our best to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.
